1️⃣ Copilot Studio with direct publishing to Microsoft 365
It’s official: agents created in Copilot Studio can now be deployed directly to Microsoft 365 Copilot. This means less validation time and faster deployment of AI in real-world environments — with security, scale, and native integration.
2️⃣ Agents in SharePoint: from creation to click

3️⃣ WhatsApp Channel coming in July 2025
Get ready: the most popular channel in Brazil (and much of the world) is about to become an official hub for intelligent bots with Copilot. And the best part — no need for Twilio or complex external integrations. This opens up space for customer service, alerts, automations and guided journeys directly through WhatsApp, with all the power of Microsoft 365 behind it.
